WORK SUMMARY:
Provide design, engineering, materials, freight, supervision required to
provide new Modular Press Box in accordance with the following
specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Press box manufacturer must be a compnay specializing in modular
building construction with a minimum of five (5) years experience in manu-
facturing press boxes.

DESIGN LOADS:
Floor Live Load: 100 psf
Roof Load: 50 psf
Horizontal Wind: 31 psf (110 MPH)
Occupancy Load: __ persons

1. Bottom Board .040 asphalt impregnated bottom board

with steel wrap around frames, hydraulic closer, weather strip,
aluminum threshold 10" lite, and keyed lever handled schlage locksets
(Paint to match siding).
2. Interior: 36"x 80"x 1-3/8" solid-core fruitwood birch pre-hung interior
door with matching wood jamb and casing, 1 3/8" pair mortised butt hinges
and passage lockset.

WINDOWS:
60"X 48" Wojan #M-85 Series commercial aluminum slider window with
5/8" insulated glass and thermal break extrusions with white frames.

SCORER'S TABLE:
18" deep x 3/4" thick AC plywood with 1 1/2"x 3" square edge. Top is
surfaced with .060 plastic laminate, Nevamar Golden Ash, 29" above floor
(Wisconsin Oak).

ELECTRICAL:
Electrical distribution panel w/ main disconnect-120/240V, 2-pole, 3-wire,
single phase, 100 amp capacity, square "D" Section #QO12M188 with 1-1/2"
conduit through wall. All branch circuit wiring per National Electrical Code,
encased in EMT thin wall conduit. Levitation 125V/20 amp spec. grade
heavy-duty duplex receptacles along back wall spaced at 9' intervals
Wiremold #2000 series electric plug strip over scorer's table. Lithonia
#TLB240 double tube florescent light fixtures with diffuser over scorer's table.
Three GE Zoneline (#AS22E009D5B) 3.5 KW heat/cool units, 9000 btu cool,
11.900 btu heat U/L listed.

WARRANTY:
Free from defect in material and workmanship in the course of
manufacturing for one (1) year.
